We are a network, think tank, and service provider dedicated to health, social and economic equity among Black Americans with the mission to empower, uplift, and unite Black gay men through interactive dialogue and specific programs. We strive to build partnerships with organizations and individuals committed to the empowerment of black gay men.

Our name reflects our goal to “Reach, Affirm, Positive, Progressive, Systems.” We are determined to address structural and environmental inequality to support Arkansans who are at greatest risk of HIV infection. We provide HIV-prevention training, HIV and Hepatitis C screenings, access to care and treatment options, health services navigation, and events to encourage destigmatization of HIV and other STIs.

BeYOUUU empowers transgender and non-binary young people and adults to feel valued, successful, and confident to live their full authentic lives.

Jet Butler (jbutler@cals.org) leads Teens 4 InQlusion for 12-19 year olds across different branches (Main, Sherwood, McMath) and Lavender Lounge programs for adults.

The host of the annual pride festival and parade as well as programs such as the Youth Leadership Academy (YLA) for 12-19 year olds and much more.

To end the epidemic of HIV in Arkansas, we provide HIV/STI prevention education and testing and innovative, educational opportunities in all aspects of the sexual health concerns of marginalized communities.

Founded by a fierce advocate and mother, Free Mom Hugs provides visibility, conversation, and education with the hope of reconciling relationships. Though we’re known as Free Mom Hugs, we welcome dads, aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters, grandparents, and friends to be part of this movement of inclusion fueled by love.

Gay For Good Arkansas mobilizes lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer (LGBTQ+) and ally volunteers to promote diversity, foster inclusion and strengthen ties to the broader Arkansas community. We facilitate welcoming, inclusive service projects in support of a wide range of causes throughout Little Rock and the surrounding areas, and we look forward to meeting you.

We fight for LGBTQ+ equality alongside lawmakers at the local and state levels across the country to ensure comprehensive equal rights legislation. Without it, LGBTQ+ people are subject to an inconsistent patchwork of legal protections which leave millions of our most marginalized people at risk of potential discrimination at work and in their daily lives.

We work to advance the cause of Trans liberation in Arkansas through art, education, advocacy, organizing and culture to create effective systemic change and on-the-ground impact. We focus on supporting and building the leadership of Trans people with the commitment to a vision and strategy rooted in the grassroots experience of Trans migrants of color.

We celebrate the diversity of the LGBT community and filmmakers by presenting poignant and thought-provoking films documenting LGBT lives truthfully and with respect. The festival exhibits the power of film to transform lives and opinions of those both inside and outside the LGBT community through the universal medium of the cinema. 2024 is our 10th anniversary!

We are a grassroots, direct services, and advocacy non-profit that provides TLGBQ+ young adults experiencing homelessness in Arkansas housing solutions that address homelessness as structural injustice, and efforts for the development of autonomous, liberated communities rooted in transformative justice.

We work to increase access to affirming and comprehensive healthcare, align resources that address barriers to care and health disparities among the community, and create safe spaces for both virtual and physical activities and services that serve LGBTQ+ Arkansans. PFLAG is creating a caring, just, and affirming world for LGBTQ+ people and those who love them. The Little Rock chapter meets monthly and requests $30 annual family memberships.

We create spaces of multigenerational fellowship and support among queer families, particularly LGBTQ+ caregivers & caregivers of LGBTQ+ kids.
